How your information is used

This page explains what melangetattoo.ink collects and what happens to it. Last updated October 2026.

What you send us

When you use the booking form, we receive what you type in: your name, city, email and/or Instagram handle, your tattoo idea, placement, size, dates and where you'd like it done. If you message us on Instagram or by email instead, we receive what you send there.

We use this only to reply to you, quote and plan your tattoo, and manage your booking. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that handle it

• Formspree delivers the booking form to our email inbox.
• Netlify hosts the website and keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) records visits and when an inquiry is sent, so we can measure and show our ads on Meta. It uses cookies and similar technology. You can control this in your Meta ad settings and your browser's cookie settings.
• Google Search Console shows us how the site appears in Google search. It doesn't track you on the site.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while we're talking about and working on your tattoo, and for a reasonable time after for our records. Ask us any time and we'll delete them.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us. Email melange.tattoo@gmail.com or DM @melange.tattoo on Instagram.
